Resources for Help During COVID-19
Four Point Legal understands our clients need some assistance right now. There are a number of resources out there, but knowing where to look and navigating the bureaucracy to get the help can be time-consuming and frustrating. To make that process easier, we have compiled a list of potential resources for assistance during these very difficult times:

The Oregon Coronavirus Small Business Resource Navigator includes a hotline and a website featuring comprehensive information on key programs for small businesses.
The Paycheck Protection Program is designed to help small businesses, nonprofits, veterans’ organizations, and tribal businesses with fewer than 500 employees -- as well as sole proprietors, self-employed Oregonians, and independent contractors -- cover payroll and operational costs by awarding them with fully forgivable loans.
For Homeowners: Federal Housing Administration (FHA) has implemented an immediate foreclosure and eviction moratorium for single family homeowners with FHA-insured mortgages through at-least mid-May. Homeowners Resource
For Renters: Both Oregon’s Governor and the Chief Justice of the Oregon Supreme Court have issued orders that temporarily prevent most (but not all) evictions from moving forward through June. Renters Resource
